Quality Management System Intern

Responsibilities:

• Review all quality system documents with process owners to determine which documents are correct to actual process, incorrect and need updated to actual process, or need obsoleted. Documents determined to be acceptable will be reviewed against corporate documents to ensure we meet corporate standards and/or obsolete our document and use corporates document if it makes sense to eliminate duplication.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings with process owners to review documentation
• Update documentation
• Follow up with process owners for approval of update documentation
• Initiate and ensure proper conformity of system changes to quality documents
• Provide updated documentation to Quality Systems Engineer to route through MC and upload into Symbio
• Have an auditor persepective including being part of the solution
• Control Plan audits on production floor to ensure process is documented correctly
• Update control plans that are incorrect to follow the actual process

Qualifications:

• Must be currently pursuing a 4 year degree in engineering, quality management or manufacturing.
