About the team:
Our Production IT & Security team ensures the secure and reliable operation of all manufacturing technology within the plant. We work closely with cross‑functional departments to maintain compliance, implement robust technical solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as the subject matter expert for Production IT Security (PITS) compliance.

Provide leadership and guidance to technicians maintaining PITS standards.

Perform TARA and R155 security analyses/audits.

Conduct internal and customer‑directed MPSA assessments.

Support and manage plant communication systems, including intercoms, portable phones, and camera surveillance.

Collaborate on network design and support for manufacturing areas, including switch configuration.

Design and plan hardware solutions for manufacturing, new product launches, and line moves.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, and records retention for PITS infrastructure
Your Profile as Production IT & Security Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in information systems and automated manufacturing environment.

Experience setting up residential or commercial networks (preferred).

Hands‑on experience with Ethernet network topologies, routers, switches, and cabling.

Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and barcode design; expertise preferred.

Skilled in maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, barcode printers, and barcode scanners.
- Prior user network administration experience.
- Strong ability to work independently with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
