Plant Quality Manager

We are seeking a new colleague to join our Quality Department in Marshall, IL!

 

Resonsibilities

  • Support Plant Manager in large, multi-shift electronics manufacturing environment by providing management of all aspects of the quality function.
  • Will lead, guide and direct the Quality Engineering support organization responsible for customer, process and supplier quality
  • Provide vision for improvements in process, material and customer quality engineering.
  • Provide leadership, career growth and mentoring for all quality engineering professionals.
  • Oversee TS-16949 activities focusing on system integrity, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all facets of quality management are met through each stage of product development and launch.
  • Ensure that all customer requirements and expectations are met.
  • Ensure facility effectiveness through the management review process using the Quality Operation System (QOS).
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications

  • B.S. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business or related degree.  An advanced degree and/or certification is a plus.
  • Individual should possess 8 – 10 years of electronic manufacturing experience of which 5 years should be in a management capacity.
  • Should have a broad Operations background with experience in Manufacturing, Materials and Quality Assurance disciplines.
  • Must have proven leadership skills, the ability to foster employee involvement and development as well as written and oral communications skills.
