Job Description

About the Team:

This position is responsible for managing operational KPI data, reporting, and analytics to support business-critical decisions within a manufacturing environment. The role partners with cross-functional teams to transform complex data from multiple systems into actionable insights that improve plant performance, process effectiveness, and operational planning.


What you can look forward to as Business Intelligence Analyst:

  • Manage operational KPI data extraction, analytics, and reporting to support informed business decisions.
  • Process high-volume data from multiple systems and develop repeatable routines to transform and analyze data for operational needs, including capacity analytics, supply chain fluctuations, optimized on-hand quantities, costing scenarios, ROI evaluations, and scrap analysis.
  • Serve as the primary Marshall contact for the Digitalization Global team.
  • Integrate data from SAP, Power BI, Access, and SQL to create daily reports and analytics that support plant activities and business-critical metrics.
  • Contribute to problem-solving initiatives by providing data-driven insights on costing, statistical risk, process input interactions, variation, and countermeasure effectiveness.
  • Perform statistical analysis using Minitab, Excel, or comparable analytical tools.
  • Audit reports to validate data integrity through data collection testing, real-time process verification, data injection, and results monitoring.


Your profile as Business Intelligence Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar role required.
  • Microsoft Access expertise preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience required; experience may include automotive, transportation, consumer goods, GMP, aerospace, or similar environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of MRP systems, including SAP or equivalent platforms such as Oracle or JDE, preferred.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
