About the Team

The Account Manager – OES Aftermarket serves as the primary link between customer service, engineering, product, and operations teams, managing pricing, service concepts, lifecycle changes, and quality requirements for OES customers. This role ensures seamless Aftermarket support by driving customer satisfaction, operational alignment, and accurate financial reporting across the product lifecycle.

 

What you can look forward to as Account Manager – OES Aftermarket:

  • Key contact to customer service organization for all Aftermarket related topics
  • Customer & Commercial Management: Manage pricing, offers, and service agreements for OES customers, coordinating with OEM sales, product and project management teams.
  • Service Strategy & GDPEP Support: Collaborate with Engineering and Product Line to define service concepts and support GDPEP milestones 
  • Lifecycle & Change Management: Ensure service parts availability and manage EOL transitions
  • Collaboration with Operations: Align Aftermarket packaging concepts with customer expectations
  • Quality & Governance: Support OES PPAPs, certifications, and compliance
  • Finance & Reporting: Provide accurate pricing, volume, and margin data

 

Your profile as Account Manager – OES Aftermarket:

  • 3+ years automotive aftermarket experience (preferably OES)
  • Knowledge of GDPEP process 
  • Change management and lifecycle management expertise
  • Experience with PPAPs, pricing, certifications, quality documentation
  • Proficient in SAP, CRM, reporting tools
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • English fluency; other languages beneficial
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

 

The expected base compensation for this role is $105,000 - $130,000 annually.  Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
