Job Duties

  1. Tools / Fixtures Drawings update
  2. Design of improvement tools / Modification of existing drawings
  3. Update of the Work Instructions, Preventive maintenance check sheet, 5S documents
  4. Process data collection from the assembly line
  5. Process capability study for Tightening torques, Leak values
  6. Working with the Team to implement process improvements in the assembly lines
  7. Time study for the manual work content

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week for a minimum of 6-9 months
