Trailer Sales Desk

We are strengthening our team in Sales Support at our location in Madrid.

As a first customer contact point, commercial sales desk handle and coordinate all commercial requests to keep customer service and satisfaction on a high level. In co-ordination with the field sales team and sales Manager, sales desk will identify sales opportunities to be used for proactive selling using all ZF systems. Support all customers (50) at country level. Sales desk will work in cooperation with teams accross EMEA region.

What you can look forward to as Trailer Sales Desk:

• Attend customer calls: analyze and solve customer request 
• Shared customer responsibility with Commercial and/or Technical Field Sales colleagues
• Manage all tasks and questions concerning order handling and order management
• Guarantee high personal availability on the phone
• Monitore and follow up all order process: enter in the system, control of offers handed over, forecast track, overdue follow-up, warranty
• Active sales promotions
• Regular analysis of turnovers 
• Identify sales potential and develop plan to realise

Your profile as Trailer Sales Desk:

• Degree education to related area
• At least 2 years experienced in commercial area or in a similar role
• Advanced microsoft office knowledge (excel, powerpoint, etc)
• SAP, cognos, salesforce knowledge would be a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken english, any other language (french, german) would be a plus.
• Drive to results: dynamic and proactive
• Communication skills: customer focus
