We are looking for a new colleague in our Sales & Market team at our location in Madrid, Spain

Your tasks:

• Being the technical expert for ZF WABCO products
• Resolve customer questions and technical problems over the phone and participate in visits/meetings with clients to increase/reinforce technical experiences in practice
• Prepare and carry out training courses for customers and ZF employees
• Participate in the planning and elaboration of new training models, and devise presentations/animations for use in training courses
• Maintain contact with people from different fields to ensure the flow of information to implement the ZF CVS Spain Division Academy strategy.
• Give support to the sales force in technical issues and provide training to the sales force

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree / Technical degree (Engineer or similar)
• Good communication and presentation skills in fluent English and Spanish, Portuguese will be valued
• Technical and service experience in the automotive industry and good knowledge of the truck and trailer market and products
• Computer skills (Office, Internet, email,...) Experience working with SAP and Sales Force will be valued
• Experience in providing technical training to our customers and fleets
