About the team
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and manage total rewards strategies across our operations in Spain. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes, while also providing HR generalist and administrative support to ensure alignment with local business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits combined with broad HR experience in a automotive environment.

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with company objectives and market benchmarks.
- Manage and oversee salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and social security.
- Partner with HR and finance teams to manage annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and budget planning.
- Oversee benefits administration, including pension plans, health insurance, and employee perks.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
- Managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and legal requirements.
- Provide HR generalist support, including employee relations, policy development, and workforce planning.
- Partner with HR teams to drive employee engagement initiatives related to rewards and recognition.
Your Profile as Compensation & Benefits Manager:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HR generalist functions, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and incentive program design.
- Ability to balance strategic compensation planning with hands-on HR administration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a multinational environment, managing compensation and benefits across different sites.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
