Tax Specialist (Tax Reporting/ Tax M&A) (m/f/d)

What you can look forward to as Tax Specialist (m/f/d): 

• Develop, define and monitor changes required from tax and transfer pricing perspective to global forecasting process in order to
  • standardize legal entity planning
  • ensure alignment between corporate planning/forecasting and transfer pricing set up
• Manage carve outs and M&A projects, with focus on planning/forecasting and structuring of transaction relevant data
• Provide advice to subsidiary valuation process
• Conduct tax technical research and prepare expert opinions related to tax structuring and international taxes
• Cooperation/Coordination with corporate and regional functions within the organization

Your profile as Tax Specialist (m/f/d):

• Successfully completed University degree in law and/ or economics; certified tax advisor; “Diplom-Finanzwirt”; postgraduate degree in international tax a plus
• Several years of experience in corporate planning/forecasting processes and in-depth understanding of valuation principles supported by strong IFRS accounting skills
• Data and process driven tax expert with a deep understanding of M&A, valuation and tax reporting processes and a solid tax technical background
• Excellent knowledge international taxation principles and at least one domestic tax system, preferably German tax law
• Self-reliant and initiative taking; entrepreneurial mindset; assertiveness and team player
• Excellent oral and written skills in the English language and German
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to occasionally go on business travel
