About the Team:

We are looking for an Investor Relations Expert (m/f/d) to support of existing and acquisition of new investors to the IPO (new emision) in a new established team in the north of Munich.

 

What you can look forward to as Manager (m/f/d) Investor Relations:

  • Support of existing and acquisition of new investors (institutional investors, hedge funds, etc.)
  • Preparation and execution of road shows, analyst conferences / Capital Market Days including  preparation of presentations
  • Coordination and execution of the Annual General Meeting in collaboration with Corporate Communications and other relevant units
  • Continuous development of the Equity Story in line with the company's strategy
  • Close collaboration with Business Units and other relevant units to ensure a comprehensive corporate representation
  • Monitoring of analyst recommendations and company evaluations 
  • Analyses on shareholder structure and observation of potential activist investors
  • Ensure compliance with legal and market-related publication requirements including ad-hoc notifications


Your profile as Manager (m/f/d) Investor Relations:

  • Degree in Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable fields
  • Professional experience in Investor Relations or related fields (e.g., Equity Research, Investment Management, Financing, Capital Market communications), preferably with focus on automotive or manufacturing sector
  • Strong affinity for the capital market and a passionate interest in "Investor Relations"
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and effectively impact the organization
  • Proven skills in project management
  • Ability to work independently and to proactively set priorities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent proficiency in English, German language skills are preferred
