About the Team: 
As the Press Officer for Financial Communications, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our communication strategies related to financial performance, regulatory compliance, and mandatory disclosures. You will work closely with various internal teams, external stakeholders, and media outlets to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial information maintaining a positive corporate image to the IPO (new emission). 

 

What you can look forward to as Capital Market Communications Expert (m/f/d):

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all financial communications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial media and reporters covering the company's industry
  • Support the preparation and distribution of mandatory disclosures
  • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries related to financial and economical matters
  • Develop and execute overall press strategy towards international broadsheet media (Corporate topics)
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans related to financial and regulatory issues
  • Monitor media coverage and provide timely responses to address any misrepresentations or inaccuracies
  • Ensure that online platforms accurately reflect the company's financial position and regulatory compliance


Your profile as Capital Market Communications Expert (m/f/d):

  • Degree in communications, public relations, finance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a publicly-traded company or financial institution
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and German with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
