What you can look forward to as Accounting Manager (m/f/d) Technical Accounting:

• Professional assessment of non-routine, complex IFRS accounting topics, accounting-related structuring advice and implementation support (e.g. leases, business transactions/contracts, M&A)
• Establishment, organization and functional leadership of implementation projects for the worldwide introduction of new IFRS accounting standards in ZF Group (Divisions / Product Lines / Domains / SSC incl. IT)
• Providing technical accounting expertise in the implementation of IFRS accounting measurement methodology in existing and newly implemented ERP systems (e.g. ZP1 / S4Hana) and accounting-related subsystems (e.g. AMANA Lease accounting tool) as well as in improving digitalization of processes in accounting approval processes
• Governance over compliance of ZF Group with legal accounting requirements and ACAM-approvals (Accounting Communication & Approval Matrix) to business (Divisions / Product Lines / Domains)
• Tracking of accounting standard developments at the International Financial Reporting Standards board (IASB) and assessing the impact on ZF Group’s accounting policies & procedures, developing scenarios for CFO
• Accounting-related inhouse consulting in M&A- und JV-projects; assessment and approval of consolidation methods and reporting methodology (Divisions / Product Lines / Domains)
• Leading the alignment of Group accounting policies with accounting practices & procedures at the RVNA Shared Service organization

Your profile as Accounting Manager (m/f/d) Technical Accounting:

• Broad experience in Accounting Processes
• Deep Accounting Systems expertise and understanding of interfaces with other domains systems (inputs, processes, outputs)
• Ability to connect the dots in projects (systems, processes, people)
• Extraordinary communication and adaption skills in an international environment into all organizational directions, i. e. towards operational level and domain / divisional / product line management
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
