What you can look forward to as Senior Manager: HR (m/f/d):

• To ensure manpower availability as per operating plan and make sure no production loss due to manpower shortage and skill availability.
• Maintain smooth relationship with the union and ensure no industrial unrest/production loss due to IR issues.
• Long Term wage settlement negotiation with Union and signing of agreement.
• Implement the long term wage agreement to applicable unionized employees.
• To adhere 100% statutory compliances as per applicable statue in place.
• Control absenteeism and attrition to support productivity.
• Conduct Training need identification exercise for all the employees and arrange trainings for them through different sources. (Internal and external).
• Support Plant Management to achieve the plant KPI’s like Cost Reduction, Factory Margin, Production plan etc.
• To lead employee engagement initiatives of the sites through different programs like, suggestion scheme, QCC and Supervisory Improvement / Cross Functional Teams/community development programs through CSR initiatives.

Your Profile as Senior Manager: HR (m/f/d):

• Postgraduate in HR specialization from a Renowned institute.
• Minimum 10 years experience as plant HR leader.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of labor laws, statutory compliances, employee relations, trade union handling and knowledge of recruitment process through different sources.
• Lead, drive and take ownership on any strategic human resources related initiative for operations team in India
• Knowledge on learning and development process.
• Union negotiation.
• Problem solving and decision making approach.
