Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Project Manager, to join our PMO team in our headquarters in Lommel.

Our PMO team is a very international team with experienced project managers who interact across our complete organization. Team work and customer focus are key for us to deliver the right product to the market and with that empower a sustainable future together.

What you can look forward to Project Manager for Innovation Projects (NTI = New Technology & Innovation Project Manager):

• Manage new innovation projects in an agile environment: develop, validate and industrialize new wind gearboxes/drivetrain technologies, processes or tools of the future
• Lead a dedicated project team to deliver innovations within time, cost and quality targets
• Report to cross-functional steer-Co’s on project progress, risk and drive decisions
• Be the face internally & externally to our customers for the project and proactively ensure delivery according to expectations
• Contribute to empower the international PMO team to catalyze project driven innovation
• Lead other type of projects when needed

Your Profile as Project Manager for Innovation Projects (NTI = New Technology & Innovation Project Manager):

• Master education or comparable with technical and business affinity
• Experience in leading projects and a project team
• Project management skills (certifications such as PRINCE 2 “AGILE”, SCRUM etc. are an asset)
• Target oriented, persistent, combining both analytical insight and a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willing to travel internationally
