At ZF Wind Power, we are a global leader in technology-driven manufacturing of on- and offshore wind turbine gearboxes and powertrains and a global service partner. We lead the high-performance onshore market segments with our SHIFT compact modular platform designs. We delivered the world’s first offshore 9.5 MW wind turbine gearbox and, in close cooperation with our partner, delivered the first next generation 15MW offshore powertrain.

We have the world’s largest installed capacity of +8 MW offshore wind turbine gearboxes. Since entering the wind industry in 1979, we have delivered more than 85,000 gearboxes, powering over 200 GW wind turbines, covering more than 25% of the total installed capacity of geared-driven wind turbines worldwide. Together with our partners, we continuously invest in the wind market to empower a sustainable future together.

Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Portfolio Manager for our Service business to join our headquarters in (Antwerp/Lommel).

What you can look forward to as Product Portfolio Manager for Service (m/f/d):

• To define a Product Strategy to support the growth of ZF Wind Power’s Service business
• Knowledge about the wind industry, with specific focus on Operations & Maintenance
• Drive Product Portfolio optimizations based on customer turbine roadmaps & regional requirements, ZF Wind Power’s Strategy, Technology Roadmap and Market Intelligence.
• Assessing forward pricing, cost, volumes, and if needed prepare and present battle-plans to maintain product target profitability.
• Assess any Business Development opportunity by assessing its cost impact, investments, project plan, resource requirements, strategic fit, Business Case etc. and drive its execution

Your profile as Product Portfolio Manager for Service (m/f/d):

• Overall 8 years experience with minimum 3 years experience in technical/commercial/project management role.
• The ability to think and act strategically, with a personal affinity towards engineering
• Team player with strong communication skills towards internal stakeholders as well as with customers
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, Fluent in English (oral & written), Dutch and German language skills are a plus
