We are looking for a new colleague joining our HR-team in our headquarters in Lommel, Belgium.
You will join a highly professional and experienced HR team, consisting of an HR Manager, 4 HR Business Partners and 3 Payroll Officers.
What you can look forward to as Operations HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with strong focus on Learning & Development:
- You act as the first point of contact for a dedicated operations business group and manage all people-related matters from A to Z, including Talent & Performance Management, day-to-day employee and labor relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Workforce Management for a population of 180 employees.
- Moreover you lead, drive and own Learning & Development and Talent Management initiatives, aligned with business needs, including the design, implementation and execution of a structured training plan for the full site.
- You coach and support leaders, contributing to the development and strengthening of leadership capabilities across the organization.
- In addition you work in close collaboration with your payroll colleagues and build strong, trust-based relationships with all stakeholders.
- You have a tangible impact and truly make a difference in a dynamic environment with significant long-term investments.
Your profile as Operations HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with strong focus on Learning & Development:
- From your background you hold an academic degree in People Management, Economics or a related field, or an equivalent level through experience.
- You are a seasoned HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a strong interest and experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development.
- Plus, you are proficient in managing the full employee lifecycle at an operational, tactical and strategic level.
- You have a proven track record in managing complexity and change within an HR environment; you are resilient and able to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
- With regard to your working style you are self-organized and proactive, work in a structured way and are fluent in PowerPoint, Excel and HRIS systems.
- You are an engaged and energizing personality with strong Dutch and English communication skills and solid stakeholder management capabilities.
