Within our unit we develop, validate and service gear units used in wind turbines producing sustainable energy and we have been doing this for more than 40 years! Today we build new drivetrain solutions to meet the requirements of the future. As wind turbines continue to grow, we are continuously pushed outside of our engineering boundaries, which makes it a challenging engineering environment to work in.

We are looking for a new colleague in the PMO department at our location in Lommel.

Your tasks as NPI Project Manager (m/f/d):

  • Manage full NPI-projects: develop, validate and start production of new wind gearboxes/drivetrains
  • Lead a dedicated project team to deliver the NPI on time, cost and quality targets
  • Report to the leadership team of ZF Wind Power on project progress, risk and drive decisions
  • Be the face to our customers for the project and proactively ensure delivery according to specifications and expectations
  • Contribute to empower the international PMO team to catalyze project driven innovation


Your profile as NPI Project Manager (m/f/d):

  • Master education with technical and business affinity 
  • Project management skills (certifications such as Prince 2 are an asset)
  • Target oriented, persistent, combining both analytical insight and a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis
