We are strengthening our team in the "Human Resources" department at ZF Windpower in Lommel (BEL).

Your tasks as Manager (m/f/d) Human Resources/HR Business Partner:

  • Central HR contact person (m/f/d) for all functions at site Lommel (huge production plant) and a member of the plant management team
  • Business partner for the plant management and the contact person (m/f/d) for the unions as well as leadership of the local HR team
  • Developing HR initiatives for the location and implement them, using key figures, recognizing trends and challenges and deriving measures for designing future-oriented HR work
  • Lead and support operational and strategic HR projects, primarily using the advantages of digitization
  • Responsible for the management and implementation of personnel planning (requirements, development, succession, supplements, qualifications) in cooperation with the departments in the plant


Your profile as Manager (m/f/d) Human Resources/HR Business Partner:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration/HR or a comparable course
  • Many years of professional experience as HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in a production plant, preferably in the metal sector
  • Good knowledge in the areas of operational personnel support, remuneration concepts, working time models, labor law
  • Experienced handling of MS Office programs, experience with SAP in the human resources area as well as empathy, integrative and solution-oriented work attitude
  • Fluent Dutch and English skills
