Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Learning & Development Expert, to join our HR team in our headquarters in Lommel, Belgium or Witten, Germany.

What you can expect as Learning and Development Expert (m/f/d) ZF Wind Power:

• Develop high quality training programs tailored to technical, professional, and leadership needs worldwide
• Create specialized learning content as well as onboarding programs for R&D and other expert functions
• Facilitate in person, virtual, and blended training sessions
• Track and document training completions and certifications for internal and external audits
• Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to integrate audit results and corrective actions into training plans
• Conduct training needs assessments using performance data, stakeholder input, and compliance guidelines
• Translate insights into learning strategies that support business priorities and talent development
• Administer the LMS: assign learning, track progress, generate reports, and maintain data accuracy
• Leverage digital learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, internal systems) to enrich the learning offering

Your profile as Learning and Development Expert (m/f/d) ZF Wind Power:

• (Bachelor’s) degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Engineering or a related field
• several years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in an industrial, engineering, or high tech environment
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation frameworks
• Experience developing learning for technical and compliance-related topics, preferably in industrial, engineering, or high tech environment
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning technologies
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Dutch and English language skills
