Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Head of Life Cycle Management, (LCM) to lead the team in our headquarters in Lommel, Belgium.

Role Overview
As Head of Life Cycle Management, you manage the life-cycle of running products both in the serial and after-sales phase. You ensure high quality, cost efficiency, and timely implementation of changes, while maximizing customer satisfaction. You take ownership for warranty cases and field quality issues, including claims management coordination with customers, suppliers and insurance companies and you drive continuous product improvement. 

What you can look forward to as Head of Life Cycle Management (m/f/d)

• Lead life cycle management processes (8D, change management, phase-out) for serial and after-sales products
• Own warranty cases and coordinate claims with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Drive root cause analysis and improve product performance in the field
• Manage product and process changes, including Change Control Board activities
• Support after-sales strategy, including service readiness and spare parts offering
• Optimize lifecycle costs (quality, reliability, and cost)
• Improve and standardize global processes and support digitalization initiatives

Your profile as Head of Life Cycle Management (m/f/d)

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• 10+ years’ experience in engineering, project, or technical management
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused, solution-driven, and commercially aware
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Language: good knowledge of English is a must, Dutch is beneficial
