HR Payroll Officer / Coordinator at ZF Wind Power (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague in the Payroll team at our location in Lommel, Belgium.

 

Tasks:

  • Responsibility for the correct and timely payroll processing for our workers, employees and executives
  • Taking the role as Key User for various HR software systems as well as share knowledge and expertise
  • Responsibility for the social legal files as well building an advice with support of external consultants
  • Contact person for employees regarding various HR Legal, Compensation and Benefits and payroll related topics as well as for externals, e.g. social secretariat and governmental agencies or HR software suppliers and insurance companies
  • Responsibility for monthly reports, e.g. for the works council, sporadic reports, payroll audit reports, annual social balance reports or annual reports imposed by the government

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources Management or comparable with experience as Payroll officer
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office, mainly with Excel, as well as in SAP HR
  • Good knowledge in any time registration and payroll tool is required, ideally in eBlox by SD Worx and Protime for time registration
  • Customer orientation, quick comprehension as well as structured and independent way of working paired with flexibility, stress resistance and confidentiality
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English
