HR Country Expert (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague in the HR team at our location in Lommel, Belgium.

 

Tasks:

  • Responsibility for harmonization & standardization of the global group HR processes in Belgium
  • Ensuring the implementation of our future strategy with keeping an eye on individual needs of the affected stakeholders, especially in manufacturing environment
  • Managing different stakeholders in the group and in the country to ensure a successful integration of the transformation
  • Coordination of projects for several HR domains in line with the 2025 People Strategy of being a Great Place To Work  

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management or comparable with several years of work experience in an HR organization in Belgium or the Netherlands in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in working in and coordinating of transformation projects
  • Good knowledge in MS Office and any professional HR tool (e.g. SAP HR or Successfactors) is a plus
  • Very good communication and mediation skills, empathy, a structured and independent way of working paired with the high interest and passion to contribute to change and drive to realize
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills, French is a plus
