We are looking for a new colleague in the Product Integrity Management department at our location in Lommel, BE.

Your tasks:

  • Collection and verification of field failure data as well as its classification
  • Responsibility for the field performance database and the data analysis
  • Identification of improvements in the reliability model fundamentals and automatization of the reliability process in collaboration with the digitalization team
  • Support Root Cause Analysis of field failures and its reporting
  • Monitor product performance for the warranty determination and warranty cost calculation

Your profile:

  • Master in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Experience with Data reliability, affinity for digitalization of processes
  • Ideally knowledge about reliability data analysis software (Weibull++ or similar)
  • Experience with mechanical fatigue principles, e.g. Ishikawa diagrams
  • Open mindset with a CAN DO attitude and strong communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
