Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Business Lead Life Cycle Processes, to join our Life Cycle Management team in our headquarters in Lommel.

What you can look forward to as Business Lead Life Cycle Processes:

• Develop and optimize life cycle and service processes according to requirements, budget and priorities (project-oriented environment)
• Optimize the overall global warranty process to the needs of the organization and the market
• Oversee and further develop the global service / after sales processes with an uniform SAP & Windchill setup
• Stay up-to-date and understand the After Sales market and market trends
• Improve spare parts forecasting methods to optimize internal cost & inventory and to optimize wind turbine energy output
• Maintain portals and platforms to share knowledge, data and experience internally and externally
• Support digitalization projects for all life cycle activities, including additional digital solutions and offerings for service

Your profile as Business Lead Life Cycle Processes:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in IT or equal due to experience
• Several years of experience in process or project management
• Business process and detailed ERP system knowledge
• Know-how of materials management and supply chain processes
• Stays up-to-date and understands the After Sales market and market trends
• Basic understanding of economics, understanding a business case
• Very good knowledge of English, Dutch is beneficial
