This role is responsible for assisting in the execution of tactical activities for recruitment and onboarding for professional-level positions at ZF's U.S. locations as well as other projects as assigned.   

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Recruiters by assisting with initial sourcing and screening of candidates to determine match to the position requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested and proctor assessments onsite at the plant when needed.
  • Coordinate on-boarding activities (background check, drug screen, new hire orientation, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment (VEVRA, applicant recordkeeping, etc.).
  • Work with the current Social Media and College Relations leads on special projects.
  • Assist in maintaining records within the ATS.

 
Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a 4 year college program, preferably concentration in Human Resources.
  • Must have at least a 3.0 gpa on a 4.0 scale
