About the team:
We are looking for a new colleague in our team “E2E Supply Chain Process Design and optimization” at our location in Livonia, MI! The Chassis Solutions Division of ZF North America offers application specific solutions for a variety of different automotive Steering, Braking, Suspension and Chassis Components. 
As part of our team, you are responsible for optimizing and digitizing the processes in the area of operations and supply chain management. You will be part of the global rollout projects for the new SAP S/4 HANA ERP template and implement it in a cross-functional and international team in ZF´s production plants and national companies.

What you can look forward to as a Supply Chain Process Specialist:

• Driving the implementation and rollout of standardized E2E processes in our ZF sites.
• Identify gaps between requirements of ZF sites and existing standard solutions in our process templates.
• Identify solutions to fulfill process requirements of ZF sites based on existing process template and defined divisional standards.
• Develop standardized SAP processes, such as Inbound logistics, eWM, TM, Production Logistics, Outbound logistics.
• including E2E alignment in capabilities and interfaces to NON-SAP systems. 
• Offer trainings to Local Process Experts in ZF sites.
• Being main contact for Local Process Experts / Key users to improve process performance and identity new process requirements.
• Supporting process optimization in divisional SCM / Operations projects.
• Works closely with supply chain managers and Local Process Experts of plants in Chassis Solutions to improve overall Supply chain optimization.
• Implement production control systems consistent with lean materials flow systems, including pull systems, kanban, line side delivery, and level scheduling.

 
Your profile as a Supply Chain Specialist:

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum of three to five years of supply chain experience.
• Must be a team player with good leadership qualities and the ability to work within cross functional teams including colleagues and teams in multiple NA locations of US, Mexico.
• Extensive process experience in automotive or industrial business 
• Extensive functional SAP experience incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules 
• Preferred experience with SAP-modules MM, PP, SD, EWM
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost improvement opportunities.
• Ability to travel within region NA up to 30%
