About the team: We are looking for a Delivery & Support Specialist in Limeira, Brazil. This role will prioritize and define customer escalations and interact with Global Service Desk or other teams for resolution, improvements, and knowledge transfer.


What you can look forward as a Delivery & Support Specialist:

  • Manage variety of workplace devices (desktop, laptop, tablets, phones, ..) and department devices, e.g. printers, media technique, etc.
  • Manage, Operate, administer, and support onsite IT infrastructure incl. support of servers, storage, local network, phone systems, client hardware, IMACD services adhering to global ZF service management processes as well security management requirements.
  • Deliver and support Corporate/Regional and Country Infrastructure Services at company’s locations in the respected area, including the expansion of video conferencing usage within the region.
  • Implement global changes/rollouts/initiatives, governance, and ensure technology standards / global processes including the coordination of regulatory requests.
  • Ensure an efficient global support and delivery process by strengthening the user centric approach for Service Desk and Field Services
  • Assign and manage regional resources for support of IT projects and transitions as well communicate/coordinate project between BRM/ Business and IT teams.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of a workplace, as well as asset & configuration management and procurement. Coordinate professionally external suppliers for the mass market and in implementation areas.
  • Prioritize and define customer escalations and interact with Global Service Desk or other teams for resolution, improvements, and knowledge transfer.

Your profile as a Delivery & Support Specialist:

  • Business empathy.
  • Expertise in technologies and workplace.
  • Vendor and SLA management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering is required.
  • Solid base on IT Infrastructure, including Networking and Servers management.
  • A demonstrated ability for managing large/ complex projects preferred.
  • Critical thinking, communication, and research skills.
  • Minimum 8 years professional experience preferred.
  • English speaking and writing skills.
