Job Description

What you can look forward to as HR Representative (m/f/d):

Develop and control labor contracts (new discharges, extensions, settlements, etc.). Carry out daily monitoring of the time and attendance and absenteeism control system. Contact for recruiting temporary labor with temp agencies
Make the calculation of payroll and Social Security and taxes
Manage in collaboration with EHS, the necessary training in EHS and plan the annual medical checks
Manage, promote staff training actions, and develop the annual training plan. Manage grants through the Tripartite Foundation
Attend to staff queries

Your profile as HR Representative (m/f/d):

Bachelor ADE, Psychology, Law or Labor Sciences. Labor Relations. Masters in human resource management
3+ years of related Human Resources experience
Knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security. EHS matters. ISO TS 16494, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
English/Spanish
