On site coordination and monitoring of project related work packages within the production plant between the related plant functions and the project team.

Internal reporting and escalation:

reports and escalates to program manager and his/her Manager and Plant manager.
Coordinates the tasks for the launch phase of the plant’s involved departments (Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing, Production)
Monitors and coordinates the plant related tasks within the plant under consideration of the overall project scope.
Shares know how in launch phase from the plant with the project team.
Reports status and measures both to PM and within the defined Plant Communication structure to ensure clear awareness of Plant project deliverables, gaps and necessary actions in launch phase.
Supports risk assessment in regards to plant schedules, plant resources, cost and timelines given from the project management.
Ensure pre-series builds in launch phase
Ensure production readiness for pre-series and SOP according the project planning.
Coordination of different running projects and project tasks between the plant and the related program managers / project teams.
