Scope of the Work – Project Manager

  • New and relocated Project Launch management (Technology)
  • Technical specification of machines and toolings and their start and ramp-up, Final technical confirmation of ECMs
  • Capacity and invest planning, Budget adherence (cost and timing and quality)
  • Formal Confirms product allocation to the line with most optimal process flow
  • Formal Release feasibility studies and TWB as well as the Mandatory documents content
  • Follows given standards (Project ordner, TWB/FSA, Process Release....) Implementation of standard processes and tools 
  • Machine handover to production with focus on meeting projects KPIs: Production targets (cost, efficiency and quality)
  • Support Process FMEA
  •  

Requirements:
