We are looking for a new colleague in the Purchasing Departmant at our location in Trnava

Your tasks:

• Acting as principle buyer responsible for strategic and operational planning, reporting as well as price planning and price negotiation on supplier level, development and implementation of family of parts and selection of recommended suppliers
• Identify needs for actions in the areas of cost reduction and optimization of supplier portfolios with a focus on supplier evaluation, risk assessment and classification
• Conduct contract negotiations and their conclusion to ensure the target achievement
• Responsible for procurement and capacity management as well as recourse and change management
• Organise, control and look after projects and contribute to the ongoing optimization of work systems

Your profile:

• Bachelor Degree in business management, industrial engineering or similar
• Min. 3 years of purchasing experience and/or technical background with an international organisation preferred
• Fluent Slovakian and English (German would be an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills, structured way of working, collaborative but also assertive
• Willingness to travel
