Quality Advanced Planner

Tasks:

• Quality planning for projects within the product line of chassis components worldwide as well as customer contact as part of the APQP process

• Review of quality standards and implementation of process audits in projects and plants with a focus on plastic manufacturing technology

• Introduction, improvements and application of quality methods e.g. FMEA, Control Plan

• Standardization of measurement technology and testing technology for plastic components in coordination with production

• Support in optimizing the manufacturing processes for a wide variety of plastic products

Profil:

Successfully completed studies as an engineer or industrial engineer (focus on plastics technology) or process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology with further training as a technician with a focus on plastics technology or foreman plastics technology required

• Professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry and experience in quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, VDA volumes) and quality methods and tools desirable

• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers

• High willingness to travel due to the international orientation of the position

• Fluent German and English skills, other foreign languages advantage

 

Aufgaben:

    • Qualitätsplanung für Kunststoff-Projekte innerhalb der Produktlinie Fahrwerkkomponenten weltweit sowie Kundenkontakt im Rahmen des APQP Prozesses
    • Überprüfung von Qualitätsstandards sowie Durchführung von Prozessaudits in Projekten und Werken mit Schwerpunkt auf Kunststoff-Fertigungstechnik
    • Einführung, Verbesserungen und Anwendung von Qualitätsmethoden z.B. FMEA, Control Plan
    • Standardisierung der Messtechnik und Prüftechnik von Kunststoffbauteilen in Abstimmung mit der Produktion
    • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse für verschiedenste Kunststoffprodukte

 

Profil:

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur oder Wirtschaftsingenieur (Schwerpunkt Kunststofftechnik) oder Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker Schwerpunkt Kunststofftechnik oder Industriemeister-Kunststofftechnik notwendig
    • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in der Automobilindustrie sowie Erfahrung in Qualitätsstandards (ISO/TS 16949, VDA-Bände) und den Qualitätsmethoden und –tools wünschenswert
    • Kommunikationsstärke mit internen und externen Kunden
    • Hohe Reisebereitschaft aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung der Position
    • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen vorteilhaft
