Material Planner - Prototype Shop

About the Team:

As a Prototype Planning Specialist, you will oversee prototype orders throughout the entire process, ensuring material readiness, coordinating production activities, tracking project timelines, and working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of prototype projects.

What you can look forward to as Material Planner - Prototype Shop:

• Receive and process prototype orders from the Sales and Product Development departments. 
• Plan, secure, and monitor material availability for prototype orders based on the Bill of Materials (BOM). 
• Coordinate prototype production activities and track project milestones and delivery deadlines according to the agreed schedule, from order receipt through shipment. 
• Collaborate with Production Engineering, Design & Development, and Quality teams to ensure the manufacturability of prototype products. 
• Support prototype-related procurement activities in cooperation with Project Purchasing, including tools, equipment, and components. 

Your profile as Material Planner - Prototype Shop:

• Technical secondary school diploma or university degree in an engineering or technical field. 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in material planning. 

• Practical experience with SAP. 

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM). 

• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications. 

• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken. 

• Strong ability to work independently with excellent organizational and self-management skills.

Monthly wage from 1 901 € (including basic wage component *, premiums, bonuses). The salary depends on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
