Manufacturing Engineering Leader (m/f/d)

In this role, you will lead new product launches, optimize production processes, and ensure that our manufacturing capabilities are aligned with future business needs. You will work on impactful, innovative projects within a highly dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement across the entire production unit. What you can look forward to as Manufacturing Engineerng Leader (m/f/d):

• Ensure coverage of planned production volumes with installed capacity for the respective Product Line
• Ensure optimized equipment utilization
• Support MaB Process for Series production and future production portfolio
• Capacity, floorspace & investment planning and forecast
• Capex & Budget Management
• Conduct machine purchasing process
• Support standardization of production processes
• Drive Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
• Support DFMA Analysis, conduct FMEA planning within process engineering

Your Profile as Manufacturing Leader (m/f/d):

• Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
• 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes
• Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problems, to present topics, run projects and build teams
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Coaching skills
• Working knowledge of the GDPEP process
• Project Management skills

Monthly salary from €3,420 - €3,900 gross (including basic salary component*, bonuses). The possibility of a higher salary offer for this position depends on the applicant's qualifications and experience. * of which the basic component of the monthly salary according to §62 par. 2 of Act No. 5/2004 Coll. on employment services, as amended: from €2,636.

Mesačná mzda od 3 420 – 3 900 € brutto (vrátane základnej zložky mzdy*, prémií, bonusov). Možnosť ponuky vyššej mzdy na tejto pozícii závisí od kvalifikácie a skúseností uchádzača. * z toho základná zložka mesačnej mzdy podľa §62 ods. 2 Zákona č. 5/2004 Z. z. o službách zamestnanosti v znení neskorších predpisov: od 2 636 €.
