Manager Finance & Controlling

For our location in Levice, Slovakia, we are looking for an experienced Manager Finance & Controlling for a growing factory (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Create and implement the financial strategy; define the annual budget and implement rolling forecasts
• Prepare reporting packages, analysis data and management information to support decision makers
• Manage cost, profit, invest, working capital and cash flow
• Lead the Finance & Controlling team; review, analyze and monitor operating results in relation to costs, budgets and operating policies
• Direct and control accounting functions as well as liaise with accounting shared services and internal and external auditors
• Ensure ZF group procedures & policies, IFRS, local GAAP & tax law
• Ensure coordination and optimization of standard processes between 2 local factories and shared service functions

Your profile:

• Graduated from related departments of universities, Master’s degree is a plus
• At least 7 years of experience in Financial Affairs including Plant Controlling, Product-Calculation and Leadership experience
• Knowledge of SAP FI&CO Modules, MS Office, BI
• Fluent in English, German language would be an asset
• Problem solver with strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
• Familiar with acting in an international environment
