Job description, responsibilities and duties:

  • Responsible for specific assembly processes in our global shock absorber production network
  • Definition of process and equipment specification as well as their start and ramp-up
  • Industrializing of new production equipment/technology
  • Following Best Practice approaches and continuous improvement of existing technology
  • Monitoring, analysis, selection and implementation of new procedures/standards
  • Cooperation and technical support for production plants worldwide
  • Business trips within our international production network

 

Requirements for the employee:

  • University education (Master's or Bachelor degree)
  • Field of study: Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
  • Good communication and presentation skills for exchanging information with other departments and plants

 

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate:

  • Yes

 

Language skills:

  • English - Upper intermediate (B2) mandatory

 

Computer skills – user:

  • Microsoft Excel - advanced
  • Microsoft Outlook - advanced
  • Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
  • Microsoft Word - advanced

 

Driving:

  • B
