What you can look forward to as Head of Plant Quality (m/f/d):

• Leadership and Team Development
  - Develop and coach the quality team – ensure training, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members.
  - Foster a culture of quality – promote a proactive quality mindset across all departments/plant.
• Digitalization and Industry 4.0
  - Implement digital quality tools – such as SPC software, digital checklists, and automated reporting systems, DMP tools.
  - Utilize data analytics and predictive quality – leverage data to anticipate and prevent quality issues (e.g., using AI/ML).
• Risk Management and FMEA
  - Lead risk management activities – oversee and support FMEA processes (DFMEA, PFMEA).
  - Implement preventive measures – focus not only on solving problems but also on preventing them.
• Internal Audits and Continuous Improvement
  - Plan and conduct internal audits – in line with ISO/IATF standards.
  - Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 8D) – actively participate in improvement projects.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management
  - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders – including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  - Manage escalations and crisis situations – respond quickly and coordinate effective resolutions.

Your Profile as Head of Plant Quality (m/f/d):

• Deep understanding of Operations and Quality
• Robust global network with Divisional, Regional and Functional Heads
• Proven experience to successfully manage cross functional teams (direct and/or dotted reporting line teams)
• Organizational savvy

Monthly wage from 4 000€/brutto. The possibility of offering a higher wage for this position depends on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
