Core Process Expert - Assembly

About the Team:

As a Core Process Expert, you will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of assembly technologies across our global production network, define manufacturing processes and equipment standards, support international production plants, and contribute to the successful execution of cross-functional projects and new technology deployments.

What you can look forward to as Core Process Expert – Assembly:

• Responsible for designated assembly processes within our global shock absorber production network
• Define manufacturing processes and equipment specifications, including commissioning, start-up and ramp-up activities
• Lead the industrialization and implementation of new production technologies and equipment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice standards across production plants
• Monitor, evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, methods and industry standards
• Provide technical support and cooperate closely with production plants worldwide
• Participate in cross-functional and international projects within the global manufacturing network
• Travel internationally as required to support production plants and project activities

Your profile as Core Process Expert – Assembly:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly processes, automation, or industrial engineering is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and international locations
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Willingness to travel internationally

Nice to have:

• Experience with automated assembly equipment and manufacturing technologies
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, structured problem-solving methodologies, Design of Experiments (DOE), and other continuous improvement tools
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and requirements

Monthly wage from 2 633 € (including basic wage component *, premiums, bonuses). The salary depends on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
