Scope of the Work – Technologist

Ensuring daily target achievement regarding production KPI´s quality, volume and JiT delivery to internal customer on given production area
Executing internal and external audits in the production segment and sustainably resolve nonconformities
Identifying and systematic solving quality problems and technical problems with machines and tools on given production area
Cooperating on new project industrialisation as future Know How keeper
Support Industrializing and ramping up new or relocated products or machinery incl. prototype and sample production
Implementing rationalization projects
Creating all PE related documentations (WI, SI, Poka Yoke, TPM, 5S) including cycle time analysis

Requirements:

Engineering background
Lean principles
Technical Expertise
Problem Solving Knowledge
English on communicative level
