One direct report (CI Engineer)

What you can look forward to as Lead Continuous Improvement (m/f/d):

• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Analyzing and understanding processes in various departments, identifying areas of waste or inefficiency.
• Developing and executing improvement strategies, including change management activities.
• Leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams.
• Train and mentor teams in problem solving.
• Conducting continuous improvement training and workshops for staff at all levels.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and making necessary adjustments.
• Using a range of tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5s, Value Stream Mapping or Kaizen to drive process improvements, train and mentor teams.
• Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Working closely with other managers and stakeholders to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently. Develop Site strategy.

Your Profile as Lead Continuous Improvement (m/f/d):

• Bachelor's degree (engineering related a plus).
• 7 years of experience on similar responsibilities.
• Problem solving deep knowledge including 7D, 5P, 5 Why, A#, PDCE etc.
• Certified Black Belt. Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Yoko ten, Standard Work, Gemba walks.
• Fully Bilingual.
