What you can look forward to as a Reliability and FMEA Engineer: 

  • Ensures creation of the reliability predictions for application and core projects with recommended testing profiles
  • Ensures completeness and correctness of reliability information for proposed changes
  • Responsible for creation of FMEAs and ensure they are up to date and complete
  • Supports an ISO26262 and ASPICE compliant development
  • Considers warranty information with respect to products in the field for reliability calculations
  • Provides assigned work products according agreed schedule and quality
     

Your Profile as a Reliability and FMEA Engineer: 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering  is required, Master's degree in engineering preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience including automotive industry experience is required
  • FMEA process proficiency (e.g. VDA handbook knowledge)
  • Experience in IQ FMEA or similar
  • Experience in reliability computations 
  • Problem solving skills and ability to teach others
  • Systems Engineering skills in Automotive Business
  • 6 Sigma Certification preferred
