About the Team

Join the Operations Center China (BAOC1), a key function within Operations China supporting Division B across the APAC region. The team is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, and cost control while maintaining high service levels for customers. 

What you can look forward to as OC Warehouse Specialist :

• Manage daily order planning and warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, repacking, and order fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate dock appointments and warehouse capacity planning to maximize operational efficiency and ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Analyze inventory levels, sales demand, warehouse capacity, and product availability to optimize stock turnover and material flow.
• Monitor and manage warehouse operations through ERP and WMS systems, including stock transactions, transfer orders, inventory adjustments, and consumption postings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse productivity, process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Perform cost tracking and analysis for labor, materials, investments, and operating expenses, while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Manage MRO materials, packaging supplies, and procurement requests (PR), including supplier coordination, quotation verification, invoice processing, and payment applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse Operations to achieve operational KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.

Your Profile as OC Warehouse Specialist:

• College degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including at least 3 years in a warehouse supervisory or coordinating role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, spare parts management, and logistics processes within the automotive industry.
• Proven analytical skills with experience in inventory optimization, capacity planning, cost analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in ERP and warehouse management systems such as SAP, NAV, and WMS.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and customer-oriented service skills.
• Good written and reading English skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
