Warehouse Specialist

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague to join our warehouse team located in Kunshan, Suzhou.

What you can look forward to as Warehouse Specialist:

• Order arrangement: Benchmark the arrival data with warehouse receive list, arrange dock booking system capacity reasonable to maximize production capacity. Benchmark the components arrival data with WR list, Finished product inventory data and sales demand data sorting; Reasonable to arrange WPI list to ensure all the shipments could be delivery in time and improve availability.
• Order arrangement: Communicate with other departments about sales demand and products category，Sort out urgent orders； According to the actual situation of sales demand, safety stock, site capacity, and equipment, arrange the packaging sequence of components.
• Order arrangement: Packaging SOP confirmation and BOM, packing material, label, etc exception handling; Monitor on site operation team capacity test plan, push the operation team to improve capacity; Inventory optimization and analysis, improve finished goods inventory turnover; Monitor and follow operation status in order to achieve KPI.
• System operation 25%: Download data from the system ,such as Stock，WR,WPI,RO, PO etc；Create Order operation list ，print and register it in system；Post consumption Qty；Stock outgoing adjustment；Transfer order operation.
• Cost record and optimization: Record monthly cost of labor, investment, expense, materials, etc. Check monthly withholding fees with finance Dept and adjust issue in time; Record monthly cost/sales proportion and deep dive analysis variation.
• MRO material management and PR application : Internal and external communication and coordination; Work with NPM team to check supplier's quotation confirmation and finish related application process such and plug in , BPM, investment application, etc. Daily management of all MRO packaging materials; Planning and PR application of monthly demand quantity of packaging auxiliary materials；Arrange daily delivery time and quantity of suppliers；Receipt and check of invoice; Prepare the payment application materials；
• Administrative material management and PR application: Summary the daily administrative supplies；Daily management of inbound and outbound of administrative supplies；Contact the supplier to repair the equipment and make a quotation；PR apply for administrative supplies； Release an order for administrative supplies on the Internet.

Your Profile as Warehouse Specialist:

• College degree graduates or above, at least 5 years or above relevant warehouse management experience
• Good organizational skills, Good leadership skills. Customer orientation
• Good communication skill, Good English reading and writing
• Professional inventory analysis and warehouse management skills
• Be familiar with automotive and related product spare parts management.
• Good command of MS office (Word, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint )
• Knowledge of ERP applications (SAP/ NAV./ WMS)
