Supply Chain Performance Management Specialist

About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Kunshan.

What you can look forward to as Supply Chain Performance Management Specialist:

• Lead performance tracking across all regions, ensuring alignment and strategic support during monthly rolling forecasts and operational/strategic planning (OP/SP).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of key supply chain reports—including actual and forecasted inventory levels, inventory turnover ratio (ITR), backorders, delivery performance (DPMI), and availability metrics—across multiple systems and databases.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize critical metrics such as inventory projections, order intake, backorder trends, and availability summaries.
• Deliver actionable insights through advanced data analysis to support discussions with regional teams, supply chain functions, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance).
• Partner with regional supply chain head  to drive performance improvements and meet strategic targets.
• Integrate deep supply chain expertise with advanced digital and analytical capabilities to support business-technology alignment and decision-making.
• Independently support digital transformation initiatives by developing and deploying digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps).

Your Profile as Supply Chain Performance Management Specialist:

• Bachelor’s and above degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, data scientist or a related field. 
• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, and other data visualization tools.
• Experience in developing dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and intelligent process automation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resilient in flexible task assignment.
• Fluency in English and German languages will be plus.
