The Quality Management department at ZF China is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of product quality and supplier performance. Our team collaborates closely with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and global counterparts to drive continuous improvement and maintain excellence in the automotive aftermarket.

What You Can Look Forward to as Supplier Quality Assurance :

• Main Tasks: Ensure supplier product quality meets customer and ZF requirements.
• Area and Team: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in new product development and mass production quality control.
• Responsibility: Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and manage supplier quality performance.
• Internal Environment/Interfaces: Work closely with project management, engineering, and purchasing teams.
• Special Projects: Support global SQA strategies and participate in supplier visits and technical discussions.

Your Profile as a Supplier Quality Assurance:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years in automotive supplier quality or manufacturing quality; aftermarket experience is a plus.
• Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D.
• Social Competence/Technical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and experience with cross-functional and international teams.
• Travel and Language Skills: Proficient in English; Mandarin preferred; willing to travel as required.
