Senior Marine Service Engineer

We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket at our location in Kunshan.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for Marine service project management, develop service solution sales opportunities, assist OE and after-sales sales activities to achieve sales targets
• Provide technical support and service relevant activities to customers, and with the collaborative support of group's relevant business units, factories and internal departments,  improve local service capabilities and quality to meet market and customers' needs.

• According business requirements, understand the service needs of Marine customers and OE sales,  close contact and effective communication with the factory technical departments, OE team and service department to meet customer technical support and maintenance services, etc.
• Explore business opportunities via service solutions Sales based on marine, and extend to Non-auto segment, coordinate relevant company resources, propose business plans and implement it.
• Responsible for absorbing, collecting and organizing new product/technical information, providing customer training, coordination, sales activity support, etc..
• Other project work assigned by line manager
 

Your profile:

•    Above 5 years’ working experience, 
•    Engineering backgroundof relevant industry application , better to have on-site/maintenance experience
•    Good marketing BD ability
•    Skilled in customer relationship maintenance and opportunities development
•    Good communication and coordination ability
•    Very good team worker and interpersonal skills
•    High motivated, energetic and dedicated
•    Fluent in both spoken and written English
•    Be familiar with office software
