Mechatronic Product Engineer

About The Team

We are looking for a new colleague as Product Engineer for mechantronics product development, to join the Division Aftermarket R&D Team located in Kunshan, Suzhou, China.

What you can look forward to as Mechatronic Product Engineer:

• This Job Role is part of R&D Systems Engineering and includes jobs related to systems engineering according to the V-model including overall requirements management (ie analyzing & transformation of customer requirements into internal requirements and cascading to appropriate disciplines); Define requirements for subcomponents (ie designing system architecture and system specification); Leading functional safety development and compliance, system testing and assurance of regulatory approvals etc. Be responsible for developing product for APAC. (Drawing checking/sample measurement/test &validation/release documents preparation/PEDA release in PIMS system).
• Tracking project status and share within the project team regularly. Provide technical support to sales/quality/product/purchase.
• Be responsible for all open issues from the Design Review need to be tracked, communicated, and closed. Supported Product DFMEA and PFMEA review and correction. Review/Approve Engineering change request or Supplier drawing change. 
• Be responsible for related technical review/assessment. Supported in supplier readiness for new supplier, and regular supplier process audit/improvement.
• Communicate with global competency/ZF OEM engineering center for continous improvement. 

Your Profile as Mechatronic Product Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic engineering, Mechatronic control engineering. Strong Material & Product & Manufacturing Process Knowledge of Mechatronic product. 
• Skilled of related computer and data processing & Microsoft Office operation. Skilled of Drawings & Operation of Measuring instruments & Test Devices.
• Experienced in Mechatronic Engineering product Design/Validation/Process/Quality, at least 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry. Preferred with experience and knowledge on various types of sensor/Solenoid valve/E-compressor/EPB actuator/various motor/E-water pump in Passenger Car or Commercial Vehiche field, preferred with aftermarket business.
• Excellent team player, has cross functional cooperate experience and good communication skills.
• Good in both written and oral English, Chinese. Has the ability to travel extensively if reqruired.
