About the Team
We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Kunshan.

What you can look forward to as Director Global Supply Planning:

• Strategic Planning and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the global supply planning, aligned with the organization’s overall business strategy. Set long-term goals and objectives to enhance supply chain efficiency, resilience, and sustainability. Introduce world-class technology (optimal machine-learning) to enhance performance and mitigate risks.
• Service Level Optimization: Continuously define and update regional fill-rate targets based on customer requirements. Implement demand planning and inventory replenishment strategies. Manage regional sales & operations planning (S&OP) processes to improve forecast accuracy. 
• Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency and service levels. Own the delivery of inventory targets. 
• Talent Development: Build and lead a high-performing global supply chain team. Develop talent, foster a culture of continuous learning, and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure supply chain planning performance. Regularly report on key metrics to executive leadership

Your Profile as Director Global Supply Planning:

• Bachelor degree or Masters degree
• 15 plus years senior leadership positions in supply chain management
• Process-driven and customer focused - strong continuous process improvement mind-set 
• Extensive expertise in Supply Chain and Operations systems & tools
• Analytical - identify, structure and synthesize complex sets of information – machine learning a plus
• Ability to influence senior leaders & gain buy-in for strategic direction
• Results orientation and business acumen 
• Strategic thinker with proven record of transforming operations
