Production Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and further develop your team both professionally and disciplinarily
• Ensure the timely execution of the production program through the optimal use of personnel, equipment, and resources
• Take responsibility for compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and energy requirements
• Manage and continuously optimize production workflows, KPIs, and processes in line with Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CIP) principles
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, employee reviews, and development discussions
• Support production planning and assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operations
• Contribute to the introduction of new projects through to successful serial production and collaborate closely with the Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments

Your Profile:

• Further qualification as an Industrial Foreman, Mechanical Engineering Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation and provide shift-related leadership support
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and assertiveness
• Experience in the automotive supplier industry and knowledge of serial production processes are advantageous
